UP House Eligibility Requirements
You are eligible to apply for our program if you:

- Are a Female Between 17½ and 23 Years Old?

- Are Transitioning Out of Foster Care

- Are Clinically Stable and Able to Function Without Constant Supervision

- Can Attend School and Pursue a Ged Certificate, HS Diploma, or Associate’s Degree
- Have No Chronic History of Physical Aggression
- Are Not Eligible for Psychiatric Residential Treatment
- Do Not Meet the Standards for Inpatient Substance Abuse Treatment
- Are Not Pregnant
- Are Mentally and Physically Capable of Participating in Supported, Self-Directed Activities
